About Us
Immersing yourself in a conversational English course with native speakers is the best way to command the language.

We are a community of American expats who came to Santos, Brazil in order to learn about Brazilian culture and get outside our "comfort zone." We teach at various language schools in Santos and understand the methodology that these schools use in teaching English. All have track records of success and excellent teachers.
Our Methodology
For the advanced speaker, who can "make themselves understood" in English, the next critical step is in transitioning to self-study and in developing tools to make the English language a part of your life. This is the only way to achieve advanced usage of the language and requires the following:
- Exposure to topics that are relevant and that you can relate to
- Conversation with a native speaker
- Developing daily habits to provide continual usage of the language

Our Philosophy
We believe that the best language learning immerses the student in current, relevant, and fascinating topics. Only by developing an understanding of culture will you truly become fluent in English. We strive to take the student beyond fluency; that is, we strive to give the student the tools they need to truly communicate on a deep level with native English speakers.
Our courses teach language by introducing the student to the context in which it is used, from Business and Presentation fundamentals to Computers and the Internet to the History of American Rock and Roll. Take a look at our course guide to learn more - we guarantee you will be "pulled in!" -
